I’ve been to a lot of boba shops, and this is one of the few that keeps me coming back. The drinks are consistently good, the prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes, and the staff always go out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. What really stands out is how willing they are to customize drinks. Every time I’ve had a special request or wanted to tweak an order, they’ve been happy to help. That level of customer service is becoming harder to find and makes a big difference. Prices are great! The Thai Tea Blossom was great and tapioca is always on par. The Vietnamese coffee with the Thai tea is my favorite. The ingredients taste fresh, the boba has great texture, and the drinks are made with care. More than anything, this place feels like a business that genuinely values its customers. Great drinks, fair prices, and friendly people. It’s become my go-to boba spot, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a local place to support.

I requested for an experimental bomb of a beverage, and I got exactly that. Spectacular, majestic, delicious. Pete is such a nice guy, and all the other team members convey the love for their craft. The atmosphere and ambiance is comfy and artistic. I'll comeback without a doubt to try another crazy drink. Totally recommend 👌

O.M.G. this drink is HUGE! I ordered a Large Lychee Cherry Slush with Lychee Popping Boba, Lychee Jelly, and Boba. It's delicious and the boba is FRESH! Unlike many boba tea shops by the end of the night, their boba is stale and hard. T on Ice really packs the drink with more than enough add-ons. I am in awed for words and very impressed. I definitely plan on going back to T on Ice, although it's sorts far but worth the trip.

The place was frivolous decorated on our visit. Really spacious with lots of seating. Ordering can be made using touchscreen kiosks or the cashier. Tons of drink options from caffeinated, fruity or classic milk teas. They can customize most drinks to your liking. My Taro Milk tea was done differently with spread of Ube Jam inside the cup. Their boba was chunky and delicious as well. Turned out to be good. Their 32 ounces cup was enormous. Good to share.
